BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

Sergei Markov, Founder

  • Sergei Markov founded Terravision in 2010 after working closely with a number of Russian scientists focussed on developing GPR technology and introducing it to the mining sector.

  • Terravision radar is one of several new technologies born in Russia, which Sergei Markov invested in at an early stage, aiming to develop them as international businesses. He previously worked as Director for Development at Russia’s National Agency for Direct Investment, and before that in the Diplomatic Service.

  • Sergey Markov is fond of music and spent a few years in the music industry, becoming Russia’s only Grammy-winning Executive Producer.

  • He was educated at the Moscow Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).

Charlie Williams Terravision GPR

Charlie Williams, CEO

  
  • Charlie is experienced in leadership, man management, and the planning, coordination and execution of large-scale operational and corporate projects with 6 years experience running and operating companies and 10 years as an officer in the British Army, serving on operational tours in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan.

  • Charlie was formerly COO and then CEO of Georadar Services Ltd an exploration and investment consultancy.

  • Prior to that he was UK Operational Manager for Catlin Insurance Group where he was responsible for the identification, design and delivery of projects to improve efficiencies across all UK offices.

  • He was involved with the design and implementation of strategic changes to the company as well as leading due diligence projects. 

  • Brought up in the West of Ireland, Charlie attended Edinburgh University where he graduated with a BSc in Mathematics.  After University Charlie graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

  • He is a Fellow of the Geological Society.

CONSULTANTS

Richard Walker, Consultant - North America

  • Richard Walker has more than 25 years of experience as counsel to corporations and not-for-profit organizations. He has consulted a wide range of U.S. and international businesses in fields from high technology to the performing arts.

  • His law practice encompasses business transactions, licensing, intellectual property and entertainment law.

  • He received a degree in economics from the University of California at Davis, and a juris doctorate from Boalt Hall School of Law, UC Berkeley.

  • He serves on the board of several entities, and as president of the Russian Arts Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to promoting international understanding through the arts. He is also co-founder and director of Napa Valley Festival del Sole in California's wine country.

Jack King, Consultant - Latin America

  • Jack is a Geologist with 32 years' experience.  He has been operating in South America since Jan 95.

  • Jack spent 10yrs diamond exploration in the Americas, including 5 yrs in Venezula. His focus has included working on Au, Cu, Fe, U, Ag and Alluvials. 

  • Jack holds a Masters in Geology from University of Arkansas and a Masters in Operations Management.

  • Presently Jack is managing the exploration phases for a number of mining companies in Colombia.

  • His pastimes include panning for gold, caving and canoeing – often using indigenous methods.

  • He is experienced in Geophysics, Drilling, Mine Mapping, Exploration, Client operations coordination and  working with the local miners as part of CSR.

  • Recently he provided technical report for Angel Gold leading to $1million being raised.
